Booking Information

All the information below will help guide you through my booking process for your ease and mine. Please take time to read thoroughly, as many common questions are covered. 

My job as your tattoo artist is to take your desired design and translate it to a beautifully placed, permanent embellishment on your body..something I take very seriously. Your time with me is booked for you and only you to ensure the best possible experience and outcome of your new piece. 

Please also consider this thought...tattoos are a luxury service provided by an artist who has worked hard at developing their craft. It is YOU who desires a beautiful piece to wear on your body for eternity...what YOU are willing to do and not do to receive this art is your responsibility. 


I am currently taking clients in the studio Monday - Thursday. 

Most sessions, depending of level, start at 10a.

My books are only open for scheduling 3 months at a time (Quarterly)





This means realistically I have roughly 40-50 spaces to fill in a matter of 3 months. Unfortunately this is all I can offer currently and your patience will be vital (and greatly appreciated)


Once you read through this page you will find my Design Submission Form below to submit your desired project for approval. Please be as precise as possible with sizing, placement and details..this is what I use in the quoting process. Once submitted you will receive a confirmation email and will be prompted to send in reference photos as my form currently doesn't allow for me to gather that Information.

Please return this info within 7 days or your submission is void.


One project per person, per submission. For friend sessions both parties must complete a submission form and indicate who the other party is. There is no guarantee your session will be combined but we will do our best.  

Each submission will be reviewed and those who fit my current portfolio needs will be placed on a wait list. If your submission does not fit the current need, you will be notified. 

Correspondence will be done Monday - Friday only, between 10a-5p.

Once on the wait list your submission will await the next Quarter opening. If chosen for the current opening you will be notified with Booking Information and your Quote for the project submitted. You will be able to view your quote, sign your consent form, pay your deposit and pick your date from available slots within that quarter. 


Changes to your original submission are advised this will bump you to the bottom of the list. 

If your project is on the wait list but you are not contacted within at least 2 Quarters, we recommend submitting again to renew your project.


Please understand it is nothing personal if your project doesn't get chosen right away...I strictly follow my heart when choosing projects and I tend to that deeply to stay connected to my passion. 


All sessions require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to hold

your time slot specifically for you! 

Deposits are applied to the balance of your work the day of your appointment.

Deposit fee: $200


Remember this time is booked specifically for you and I cherish this time to give you the best experience, as I do with each client. My days are planned out in order to reflect that. Please be mindful that what YOU may do can/will inevitably impact another client. Please be courteous. 

To cancel your appointment you will need to reach out via your client portal (initiated during the submission process) OR submit a new contact form on my website. By canceling you are forfeiting your deposit and no rescheduling is required. You will need to resubmit a project to receive new Booking Quote and Information. 


 Availability is limited so please try to avoid canceling. I am empathetic to last minute emergencies and will determine those on a case by case basis. 

If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment your deposit will be forfeited and you will need to resubmit your project. 

If you do not show or notify the day of your appointment your deposit will be forfeited and you will need to resubmit your project. Two no call/shows will result in the inability to work with me again. 


To reschedule your session you will also need to reach out via your client portal (initiated during the submission processto notify me within 72 hours. Sessions slots are limited so you will be allowed ONE reschedule per quarter. A new date needs secured within 24 hours of rescheduling, failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit and you will need to resubmit your project during the next opening.  

When re-booking a new session you will be required to place another deposit, this deposit will be combined with your first and will deduct on the day of your session.


If you are traveling in for a session, please keep in mind the risk of an emergency happening on my end. You will be given as much notice available 

but things can happen. 


I recommend not getting a piece larger than a 1/4 sleeve to be sure it would be completed within one session. 


You're welcome to bring one travel partner if needed.


Your investment will be quoted per piece and will be

determined by the following...

  • size

  • placement

  • detail

  • design time

Pricing is not determined on how long it will take to complete!! 

Cash is preferred but if you are financing this via Credit Card, I do accept all major CREDIT cards.

No checks, Venmo, Paypal or Debit Cards etc. 



You must have valid state/federal ID with you the day of your session or it will be cancelled, you will lose your deposit and will need to resubmit your project. 

Our studio policy limits guests to 1 per client and no children will have access to the studio during business hours. 


Please try to eat a good meal before your session and hydrate in the days before and the day of your session. Your artwork is being applied to your skin, one of our largest organs, what we put in our body directly reflects in your skin. For your session to go smoothly and the ink to be applied appropriately your skin should be clean and healthy. Healing time is decreased also! 

Please wear dark/black clothing, relevant to your new art placement. This helps reduce the chances of ink ruining your clothes. For optimal photos please bring clothes to change into or add to your existing outfit. Colors I prefer to keep my portfolio cohesive are..

  • whites

  • blacks & 

  • jeans

  • creams & browns

Please avoid sun exposure and self-tanners for least a week before your session to prevent infection.


When you arrive you will check in as instructed in the emails leading up to your session. I will then reach out when its time and greet you when you come in. Now is the time we will discuss your project in deeper detail, I can hear and see your energy behind the piece you wish to carry. I take a few photos of the placement area and head to the back to work on your design. This may take some time...I do not rush any part of this process, I have one client a day for this reason. It's a good idea to bring a book or you can just relax in this space and enjoy the quiet.

Your choice. 

Changes outside of what was discussed within the submission process will incur additional cost and possible additional sessions if the piece can not be completed.

Once the design is finished, I will bring it out for you to review. We will then move to my personal room to start the tattoo process. 

I typically take a lunch break while we let the stencil dry so you're welcome to do the same. 



If there is an area within your tattoo that you have concerns about after the tattoo is completed..please reach out to me and share photos of the area. If a touch up is deemed necessary and is due to artist execution or lightening..we will get you on the schedule to take care of it. 1st session is on me. 

You must wait at least 30 days from completion of tattoo to re-enter the skin for a touch up and likewise the touch up must be done within the first 6 mths. 

If your tattoo was visibly uncared for or aftercare was not properly followed...

a re-work fee will be charge.


I'm pretty honest and upfront, if your piece doesn't fit my abilities or artistic style I usually decline and recommend an alternative artist who can make your vision come to life. I love pieces that allow me full artistic freedom and allow me to showcase my style abilities. You have chosen me for that style so asking me to go outside of that realm could compromise the look of your artwork. I do the best at what I love to do...and I hope you would want the best possible outcome for your forever piece.
