Beneath the noise and tension, there is a quiet river within you…a deeper rhythm waiting to be remembered. In these sessions, we return to that current. Through sound, breath and presence, you are invited into stillness. Into sensation. Into the language of your own body
Using breath, humming and vibrational guidance, we soften the nervous system and bring awareness to the waters within. Fascia unwinds. The breath deepens. Stored emotions begin to rise…not to overwhelm you, but to be witnessed and released. As the mind quiets, the body begins to speak in its original tongue: vibration, feeling, memory. This is a space where nothing is forced and everything is allowed. A space where healing is not something you chase, but something that gently arrives when you stop running
This is sacred rebellion through softening. A practice of coming home to your body in a culture that asks you to disconnect. Here, you don’t have to be fixed, improved or productive. You only have to be present. You only have to listen. And in that listening, something ancient stirs…the sound of your own being, harmonizing once again

this is a 1:1 space to soften, release, and remember. through guided breath, vocal tone and gentle somatic awareness, we invite your nervous system into a state of deep rest…where the body can begin to unwind and speak. the sound becomes both anchor and messenger: drawing your awareness inward, harmonizing your inner waters, and loosening what’s been held too long

a partner sound session invites you and your beloved…romantic or platonic…into a shared field of presence. using vocal tone, breath, and vibration…we co-regulate the nervous system and drop beneath words into a space of pure resonance. this is a gentle, sacred practice of listening: to your own body, to each other, and to the space in between
tension softens. emotions may rise. you may laugh, cry, or simply breathe more deeply than you have in days. the sound becomes a bridge between two bodies, two stories and a shared desire to reconnect. iIt’s not therapy. it’s not performance. it’s remembering how to be with one another in wholeness and truth

each session is unique to the individual experiencing it however the intention is always the same…to slow the mind and return to the deeper rhythm of the body. think of it as a gentle massage for your nervous system
common practice is to sit or lay in a comfortable position that you can maintain for a longer period of time (usually 60 mins). I provide comfort items for most all sessions, though you’re welcome to bring your own

not at all. there is no right or wrong way to allow a sense of calm enter your field. these sessions are designed for anyone. your only job is to show up, just as you are. your body already knows what to do

you may feel deeply relaxed, you may experience sensations throughout your body, emotions may surface, you may feel a sense of groundedness.
again the work is individual to the person experiencing it…it meets you where you are. I find it best to release expectations and simply allow what it is…this is all part of the work to elevate our souls.

typically 90 mins in total. I give space before and after the sessions for checking in and discussion if needed. this is about slowness and flow.
its best not to rush back into activities or overwhelm so that your body has space to integrate for the day…just as you would any bodywork.

yes, with gentleness. these sessions can be supportive for trauma recovery, however they are not a substitute for trauma-informed therapy. we work with the body in a way that honors pacing, consent and safety. nothing is forced and you are in control of your experience.

that is completely up to you. some come weekly, some monthly or simply when they feel called. you may feel a shift after one session or desire ongoing support.
the intention is to build your nervous system window of tolerance, helping you find your center with ease and remain there longer.
